RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

New, defective, and unaltered merchandise will be accepted for a refund or exchange up to 30 Days after Receipt of Merchandise. Items marked "Final Clearance" are not eligible for returns.

Holiday Gift Return Window:Westport has an extending gift buying return policy from November 15th through December 25th. Any gift purchases made during this period can be returned through January 25th.

Please note that shipping charges from your original order are not refundable, and $8.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return postage, unless you are making an exchange.

Free exchanges! If you would like to exchange for another size/color, there is no charge for exchanging an item. You can also choose to use your return credit to buy a different item, and the $8.95 return postage cost will not be deducted from your credit amount.

If a VISA, MC, or AMEX gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a refund.

Please allow 14 days for us to process exchanges and credits after the return shipment has been received in our warehouse.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Our new Returns Portal makes it easy to make an exchange or return an item. Follow the steps below to create an exchange or return, and to receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If exchanging an item, return shipping is free. If requesting a refund, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return postage.

STEP ONE

  • Click the link above or go to returns.westportbigandtall.com to begin your return.
  • Locate your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, packing slip or by logging into your account.
  • STEP TWO

  • Enter your order number.
  • Enter the zip code your package was delivered to, or the email address associated with the order.
  • STEP THREE

  • Select the items from your order that you wish to return by clicking on the product(s).
  • Items eligible for returns will appear as white. Ineligible items will appear greyed out.
  • STEP FOUR

  • Select a return reason for your item, then choose to exchange or return your item.
  • Follow the instructions on screen as prompted to complete the rest of the returns process.
  • Print the prepaid label that will be provided for you after completing the process. Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized UPS location.

    Please allow 14 days after our Returns Department receives the returned merchandise for us to process the refund, credit or exchange.

    RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A GIFT

    If you are returning or exchanging a gift, in the Returns Portal, follow the prompt that says “Returning or exchanging a gift? Start Here” at the bottom of the form. This will help you find your order details and allow you to make an exchange or receive store credit.

    SELF-SHIPPED RETURNS

    If you would prefer not to use a prepaid label, please package your item and ship using the carrier of your choice to the address below. Include a copy of your packing slip so your order can be identified. If you choose to use this option, the $8.95 return postage cost will not be deducted from your refund.

    For returns coming from Puerto Rico or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice to the address below.


    If not using a prepaid label, please be sure to make a note of the tracking information to use in the event of a lost package. We are not responsible for items that are self-shipped and do not get delivered to our Returns Department.

    TRACKING A RETURN

    When your return label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter the tracking number at https://www.ups.com/track.


    Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 14 days for our Returns Team to process it.

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

    Within 30 days of delivery, please package your item and ship using the carrier of your choice to the address below. Include a copy of your packing slip so your order can be identified. There will be no refunds on return shipping charges.

    Please be sure to make a note of the tracking information to use in the event of a lost package. We are not responsible for items that are self-shipped and do not get delivered to our Returns Department.
